Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to subscription content until the end of your paid period.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards and support multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP). By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we may provide refunds in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available after digital products have been successfully downloaded, except as required by law.
Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

All content, designs, graphics, text, and materials on TutuCards are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our educational content is created by professional designers and educators and remains our exclusive property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly permitted in your product license. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. For users in the European Union, local consumer protection laws may also apply and take precedence where they provide greater protection.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law or for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our Service at least 30 days before they take effect.
